Purchase & Refund Policy

Shipping & Customs Terms All orders are shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Import duty, VAT, customs clearance fee and remote surcharge shall be borne by the buyer. We do not prepay any tax.

Rejection & Abandoned Shipment We do NOT offer refunds, reshipment or compensation if the buyer refuses customs duty, rejects or abandons the parcel. All losses shall be borne by the buyer.

Claim Time Limit All after-sales claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days after delivery. Overdue claims, used products, or forged evidence will be rejected directly. Clear photos, videos and shipping documents are mandatory.

Valid After-sales Cases We only accept claims for transit damage, factory defects, and incorrect item delivery. We do not accept returns due to personal dislike, size issue, expectation mismatch or shipping delay.

Product Condition Rule Once unsealed, filled with water, used, stained with coffee residue, artificially damaged, modified, or missing original packaging, the item will be ineligible for any return or compensation.

After-sales Solution We prioritize free replacement of defective accessories. Whole-unit return is not available worldwide. Monetary compensation can be negotiated, and the final amount is subject to our evaluation.

EU 14-Day Cooling-off Period EU customers have the statutory 14-day cancellation right, only for brand-new, unopened, unused items with intact packaging. Buyers must bear all round-trip customs fees and shipping costs. Any used coffee machine is excluded from cooling-off return rights.

Return Regulations COD shipments are not accepted. Returns without official RMA authorization will be refused. Accounts with fake damage, malicious disputes or chargebacks will be permanently banned.

Order Cancellation We reserve the right to cancel unauthorized orders from unsupported shipping regions.
