Terms of Service（Optimized for RUNNNNcoffee）

SECTION 1 - GENERAL

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and all purchases made with RUNNNNcoffee. By accessing our site, placing any order, completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced herein.
All orders are subject to final verification, availability, and compliance with these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

SECTION 2 - ORDER CANCELLATION & PRODUCT RULES

Our products are premium precision coffee machines and related accessories, all brand new and original factory sealed.
Product pictures are for reference only; minor color difference or batch slight variation does not constitute a quality defect.
Personal reason returns, unconditional free returns or trial returns are not accepted once the order is processed or shipped.
Order modification or cancellation is only allowed within a reasonable time before processing. Once prepared, shipped or handed over to the carrier, cancellation is not available.

SECTION 3 - CUSTOMER SERVICE & BUSINESS HOURS

All support, order inquiry and after-sales requests are only processed during official business hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 16:00
Messages sent on weekends or non-business days will be replied in sequence on the next available business day.
Our official contact email: runnnncoffee@gmail.com, which is the only valid channel for after-sales and RMA approval.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email.
We adopt diversified regional shipping methods. For local domestic shipments, the displayed price is the final settlement price. For international shipments, any incidental fees generated during logistics circulation shall be the buyer’s sole responsibility.
Prices posted in our online stores may be different from prices offered in other offline or third-party stores. We may offer promotions from time to time that affect pricing; if any conflict exists between promotion terms and these Terms, promotion terms shall prevail.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made at our stores. You agree to promptly update your email, payment details and account information to complete transactions and contact you when needed.
You warrant that your payment information is valid, you are authorized to use the payment method, all charges will be honored, and you shall pay all displayed amounts including shipping and applicable local fees.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY & RISK ALLOCATION

We adopt diversified regional shipping allocation. Qualified regions adopt local domestic distribution, while other regions adopt international shipping.
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics carriers, routine inspection, public health control or any events beyond our reasonable control.
Once products are handed over to the logistics provider, title ownership and risk of loss, damage, detention or refusal of delivery shall fully pass to the buyer.
The buyer shall provide complete and accurate delivery address. Any return caused by wrong address, undeliverable address, no pickup or voluntary refusal of delivery shall be borne by the buyer, including round-trip shipping and related handling costs, and such orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by RUNNNNcoffee, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by international intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material on the Services without our prior written consent.
Unauthorized use of the Services may violate intellectual property regulations. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by RUNNNNcoffee.
RUNNNNcoffee's names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of RUNNNNcoffee. Shopify's name, logo and related marks are trademarks of Shopify. All other third-party marks belong to their respective owners.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

You may be provided with access to customer tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional third-party tools is entirely at your own risk. We may launch new functions in the future, which shall also be deemed part of these Terms.

SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Services may contain materials and hyperlinks to third-party websites. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating third-party content accuracy. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party platforms. All complaints about third-party products shall be directed to the relevant third party.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

RUNNNNcoffee is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with RUNNNNcoffee. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and RUNNNNcoffee, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with RUNNNNcoffee.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed on our dedicated policy page. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy.
The store is hosted by Shopify; personal data may be shared with Shopify and authorized service providers for platform operation, payment and logistics performance.

SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK

If you submit any ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews or proposals (collectively "Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish and display such Feedback for any commercial or operational purpose.
We have no obligation to keep Feedback confidential, pay compensation or reply to all feedback. We reserve the right to remove any Feedback deemed unlawful, offensive or inappropriate. You shall not use false identity or misleading information when submitting Feedback.

SECTION 12 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges and availability. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information or cancel orders with incorrect displayed details at any time without prior notice.

SECTION 13 - PROHIBITED USES

You may access and use the Services only for lawful purposes. You shall not:
(a) Use the platform for unlawful or malicious activities; (b) Violate any international local regulations; (c) Infringe intellectual property rights; (d) Harass, insult or slander our staff or related parties; (e) Transmit false or misleading information; (f) Upload virus or malicious code affecting website operation; (g) Send spam, chain letters or irrelevant commercial solicitation; (h) Impersonate others or fake identity; (i) Use crawlers, scraping tools, automated bots or AI tools to access data without authorization; (j) Bypass security and access control rules of the site.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice if you violate any prohibited rules.

SECTION 14 - AGENTS

14.1 This section applies if you deploy any autonomous software, bot or Agent to access our Services.
14.2 Any Agent must clearly identify itself and shall not mimic human behavior or bypass verification mechanisms.
14.3 We may take technical measures to limit abnormal automated access.
14.4 Agents must fully comply with identification and anti-circumvention requirements when accessing the site.

SECTION 15 - TERMINATION

We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services at our sole discretion at any time without notice. You remain liable for all outstanding obligations up to the termination date.
After termination, sections regarding Intellectual Property, Feedback, Liability, Indemnification, Privacy and Termination shall remain valid.

SECTION 16 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The information on the Services is for general reference only. We do not warrant absolute accuracy or completeness; any reliance is at your own risk.
All products and services are provided "AS IS" without express or implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for specific use or durability to the fullest extent permitted by applicable regulations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely or error-free site access.

SECTION 17 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable rules, in no case shall RUNNNNcoffee, its partners, staff, affiliates and contractors, or Shopify and its affiliates, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages including lost profit, lost revenue, data loss or replacement cost, arising from your use of the website or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We shall not be liable for any indirect loss caused by improper installation, incorrect voltage, unauthorized modification or misuse of the coffee machine products.

SECTION 18 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RUNNNNcoffee, Shopify, our affiliates, staff and service providers from any third-party claims, losses and reasonable fees arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of relevant rules or improper use of our products and Services.
We will notify you of any claim in a timely manner, and you shall cooperate with relevant verification and defense procedures.

SECTION 19 - SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable, the invalid part shall be separated, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

SECTION 20 - WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right.
These Terms together with all published store policies constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding all prior oral or written communication. Any interpretation ambiguity shall not be construed against the issuing party.

SECTION 21 - ASSIGNMENT

You may not transfer or assign this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights under these Terms without additional notice.

SECTION 22 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by applicable international commercial law principles, without designating specific regional court jurisdiction. No specific local territorial jurisdiction is bound.
