Purchase & Refund Policy

All products are premium precision coffee machines and accessories. By completing checkout and payment, the buyer acknowledges having read, understood, and fully agreed to this Purchase & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Terms of Service.

1. Shipping & Allocation Terms

We adopt diversified regional shipping allocation. Qualified regions will be shipped via local domestic distribution, while other regions will be delivered by international shipping. For international orders, any import duty, VAT, customs clearance fees and local surcharges shall be the buyer’s sole responsibility.

2. Rejection & Abandoned Shipment

No refund, reshipment or compensation will be provided if the buyer refuses delivery, abandons the parcel, or fails to comply with local logistics requirements. All resulting shipping and handling losses shall be borne entirely by the buyer. Such orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

3. Claim Time Limit

Any after-sales claim for damage or factory defect must be submitted within 7 calendar days upon successful delivery. Claims submitted after the 7-day window, claims on used products, or claims with forged evidence will be strictly rejected. Valid photos, real videos and shipping label documents are mandatory for any after-sales review.

4. Valid After-sales Cases

We only accept official after-sales requests for in-transit damage, original factory malfunction, or incorrect item shipped. Returns or refunds for personal reasons are not accepted, including but not limited to personal dislike, mismatched expectations, irrelevant size reasons, or shipping delays caused by third-party logistics.

5. Product Condition Rule

Any product that has been unsealed, filled with water, assembled, used, stained, artificially damaged, modified, or repaired without authorization, or missing the original box and complete accessories, is not eligible for return, exchange or any compensation.

6. After-sales Solution

We always prioritize free replacement of faulty parts and accessories. Full-unit returns are not supported for regular orders. Partial monetary compensation may be negotiated under special circumstances, and any final compensation amount is subject to our official evaluation.

7. EU & UK 14-Day Cooling-off Period

The statutory 14-day cooling-off right only applies to completely unopened, unused, originally sealed items with intact packaging. The buyer shall bear all round-trip shipping fees and related handling fees. Any machine that has been opened, installed or used is automatically excluded from the cooling-off return right. This clause applies regardless of local or international shipping methods.

8. Return Regulations

Cash on delivery is not supported. Any return sent without official written RMA authorization will be rejected directly. We reserve the right to permanently restrict or ban any account that submits false damage claims, malicious disputes or unreasonable chargebacks.

9. Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any unauthorized order, high-risk order, or order shipped to restricted delivery regions.
