Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing

Order verification, processing and shipping are only arranged during official business hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 16:00. Orders placed on weekends or non-working days will be processed on the next available business day. No shipment will be arranged on non-business days.

2. Delivery Coverage & Address Responsibility

We provide diversified regional shipping allocation and support delivery to most global regions. Some restricted destinations will be automatically inaccessible during checkout.
Buyers shall provide complete, accurate and deliverable shipping address. Any return caused by incorrect address, undeliverable address, no pickup or voluntary abandonment shall be the buyer’s full responsibility, including round-trip shipping fee and handling charges. Such orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

3. Shipping Fee & Tax Terms

We adopt diversified regional shipping methods. For local domestic shipments, the displayed price is the final settlement price with no additional hidden charges. For international shipments, product prices do not include local processing fees or incidental consumption taxes incurred during logistics circulation. Any extra fees generated during the logistics process shall be borne solely by the buyer.

4. Delivery Time & Delay Statement

All transit times are estimated only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by logistics transit, local routine inspection, seasonal congestion, public events or uncontrollable external factors. No compensation or liability will be accepted for such delays.

5. Risk & Title Transfer

Once goods are dispatched and handed over to the logistics provider, the ownership of goods and all risks including damage, loss, detention and delivery rejection shall be fully transferred to the buyer.

6. Damage & Loss Claim

Please inspect the package carefully upon arrival. If severe external damage or product damage is found, photos and videos must be taken on site and submitted via official email within 24 hours for after-sales review. Claims for exterior damage will not be accepted after successful signature confirmation.
Any parcel missing verification shall be subject to the logistics provider’s official investigation result. We only provide auxiliary application support, and the processing period shall follow the logistics provider’s official regulations.

7. Refusal & Return Charges

Unjustified refusal, abandonment of shipment, or refusal to pay local incidental fees are not regarded as quality-related after-sales cases. All return shipping cost, storage fee and handling fee arising from such behavior shall be borne by the buyer, and original shipping fee is non-refundable.

8. Tracking Update

Tracking number will be provided after shipment. Delayed tracking information update is normal system situation and shall not be directly regarded as lost parcel.
